Stayed here for couple of days, faced some issues, took it to the notice of the front desk, was resolved asap. Staff was friendly.
This by far was nicer than a few hotels I've stayed in. I was here for 7 mo for work and I never had any issues. Erin the manager was AWESOME and knows how to do her job WELL! As well as all the other front desk receptionist. Always really helpful and accommodating. Most of the housekeepers are sweethearts and take care of guest needs. Jordan was one of my absolute favorites. For the price you can't beat this hotel. It's budget friendly, all the reviews that are negative or look down their nose at this hotel had the option to go 2 min up the road to the Holiday Inn if they wanted luxury (and to pay for that luxury!) This is a clean safe hotel for us folks on a budget! The room I was in for 7mo I never seen any critters, not even an ant. It was very quiet and the staff rid any trouble makers immediately and didn't tolerate loitering. So I'm not sure what the other reviews are speaking about. I absolutely love the ladies and (and Gary lol) as well as the the location and will most definitely be back in June to see y'all!!!
Got a room for a football game against Clemson. The staff is so nice and sincere. They accommodated me for early check in which was very helpful to me. I was shocked at how clean the rooms were. You can tell they pay attention to detail.
So thanksgiving a storm knocks our power out briefly. When the power came back the heater didn’t work. It was going to be 28 degrees that night and we were desperate for an affordable place to stay. When all the online apps failed us due to heavy holiday occupancy the live person at the front desk , Cassidy was instrumental in getting us the room we desperately needed. Breakfast was great. Pet friendly and overall a very nice affordable place to stay. Five stars all the way
Absolutely wonderful, clean place to stay! We had to stay for a week during the hurricane, due to power outage. I walked in and was speechless at how beautiful and clean it was. I have stayed in many hotels and this one, by far, exceeded any of them. The staff brought clean towels and checked on you daily. The front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. The rooms were EXTREMELY clean. I will be going back, even for weekend getaways, finally a clean, well-staffed hotel. Thanks!
The room and place in and of itself is 3 stars. It was clean and convenient. Nothing super special but no complaints. They get the extra star for being extra nice. It always makes things better when the staff is pleasant. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
I stayed here 3 times over the summer. The rooms were clean and nice. The service was very good. It was quiet too. The rooms had a small refrigerator, and TV. The pool is small but nice enough. It's not luxurious, but it is a great value. This is where I'd stay if I needed a room near Greenville.
